MISSION
Al Taqwa Masjid and Funeral Service Foundation (Al Taqwa Islamic Center) main mission is to promote the role of the masjid in terms of spirituality, knowledge, and behavior. Our goal is to build bridges of communication with other communities based on leadership & behavior. With this purpose, we would like to achieve to enlighten everyone to how graceful is our religion and communities are. we stand behind equality, leadership, and commitment.
The Islamic community is very large in Saint Louis. Our leadership have been working hard since 2013 to create a community center for Muslim families, children’s, and young adults.
Al Taqwa Islamic Center vision is to provide an Islamic hub for plethora of services to its communities like Funeral services for Muslim, Sunday school for Islamic teachings, marriage, Shahada among other service like daily prayers and special events.
Islam is the world’s second-largest religion and the fastest-growing major religion in the world. Islam teaches that God is merciful, all-powerful, and unique.
